Tammy is a plot character for Last Arrival. She's the City's Librarian and as such knows far more than anyone else about anyone else. At least to a point. If you'd like her to know anything about your history or there are things you wouldn't mind her saying aloud, please let me know. Tammy cannot read minds, but she knows bits of what happened in the past for everyone. The memories that you've given during the application will be ones that she knows and can use in the future.
